A man has been arrested and charged with murder following a fatal shooting Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the 700 block of Rolling Creek Drive in Harris County. The victim has been identified as Stephan Duman, 44, who was born on May 16, 1982. Authorities said Duman was killed during an incident that began with an argument involving the suspect, identified as Scott Douglas Wildman, 45, who was born on February 21, 1981.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the area after receiving reports of a shooting. Investigators said deputies later located Wildman at a nearby residence. Detectives determined that Wildman and Duman were involved in an argument that escalated and led to the shooting.
Wildman was taken into custody and charged with Murder. He was booked into the Harris County Jail as the investigation continues.
